TO STIMULATE, FOSTER & PROMOTE INTEREST IN THE ARTS & EDUCATE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE IN THE FINE ARTS.

To be the nation’s most inspirational, influential and inclusive home for the Arts.

1.Provide free programming that is innovative and accessible, which results in an inclusive arts community regardless of socio-economic level, gender, geographic location, or age.
2.Create progressive educational programs to engage diverse and underrepresented audiences throughout New York City focusing on the elderly, youth/children, minorities, and emerging artists.
3.Act as primary liaison and convener of art leaders and cultural representatives ranging in artistic, geographic, and economic backgrounds and disciplines, to act as a catalyst for the arts across NYC.
