Vision

Across our network of community centers, our staff empowers people of all backgrounds to flourish. Our vast array of programs include free meals for seniors, addiction treatment and recovery, innovative early childhood education, art classes, Jewish cultural and educational events, and more. We remain committed to recognizing the intrinsic value within each individual and the importance of building community.

Goals

1. 1.Goal 1: Strengthen our community centers with high-impact programs and services that maximize community impact and inclusion. Our centers will offer best-in-class community programming -- focusing on a mix of education, health and wellness, arts and culture, and civic engagement -- tailored to the needs of the community.
2. 2.Goal 2: Create a culture of learning and innovation that drives the continuous improvement of our programs and our members' experiences. This will be achieved by 1) increasing the impact of existing programs and services; 2) piloting and testing innovative new program models; and 3) contributing to the fields in which we work so that our larger community can improve and thrive.
3. 3.Goal 3: Empower our constituents to improve their own communities through civic participation. We will increase civic knowledge and awareness among constituents to enable them to improve their well-being and the well-being of their communities.
