1.Enhance the capacity of nonprofit organizations, convene diverse stakeholders, and harness collective resources to activate collaborations that address root causes and improve community health.
2.Reduce the effects of racism, stress, and unmet social determinants of health to decrease the incidence of preterm birth among Black women and birthing people.
3.Improving social determinants of health through programmatic and financial investments in communities.
