OUR MISSION IS TO ENHANCE THE WELL-BEING AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL NEW YORKERS BY MEETING THE INTERIM NEEDS OF PEOPLE OF ALL AGES. WE OFFER A CONTINUUM OF CARE THAT INCLUDES A RANGE OF SERVICES FOR OLDER ADULTS AND THOSE WITH DISABILITIES.
