SCOTTISH HERITAGE USA WAS FOUNDED IN 1965 BY WARD MELVILLE "TO RECOGNIZE AND ENHANCE THE ORIGINAL BONDS OF ANCESTRAL AND NATIONAL CHARACTER AMONG THE PEOPLE OF BETWEEN SCOTLAND AND THE PEOPLES OF THE UNITED STATES." WE INVITE ALL PEOPLE OF SCOTTISH DESCENT OR WHO ARE INTERESTED IN SCOTLAND TO JOIN US IN FURTHERING THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS AND PEOPLE BETWEEN OUR TWO COUNTRIES.
