DEDICATED TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH ISSUE OF ALCOHOLISM AND OTHER DRUG ADDICTIONS AND PROVIDES ORANGE COUNTY, NY RESIDENTS WITH PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO ADDRESS SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND ADDICTION AS A HEALTH CONDITION WHICH AFFECTS THE INDIVIDUAL, FAMILY AND THE COMMUNITY.
