PROJECTS TO EMPOWER THE PSYCHIATRICALLY LABELED, INC.'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO ADVOCATE AND EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS TO DEMAND QUALITY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY AND EARN THE RIGHT TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY AS WELL AS BE A VITAL MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY.
