THE COUNCIL PROVIDES NUMEROUS SCOUTING PROGRAMS TO YOUTH IN THE SIX COUNTY AREA OF NEW YORK AND PENNSYLVANIA. CAMPING ACTIVITIES ARE CONDUCTED AT TWO SCOUT CAMPS.
