Cancer Action believes that Community is Stronger than Cancer and is a relentless ally for anyone who strives to manage the realities of this disruptive disease, so no one faces cancer alone!

Goals

1. 1.GOAL: SYSTEMATICALLY ELIMINATE THE "GEOGRAPHIC BARRIER" TO PROFESSIONAL CANCER SUPPORT. Regional Satellites: Establish three physical "Points of Access" in rural/suburban areas o Membership Scale: Grow unique annual members from 5,000 to 6,250 (a 25% increase), with 60% of that growth coming from counties outside of Monroe.
2. 2.GOAL: ENSURE THAT EVERY MEMBER, REGARDLESS OF LOCATION, EXPERIENCES LIFE-CHANGING EMOTIONAL RELIEF. o The "30-Minute" Promise: Ensure 95% of residents in the Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes region are within a 30-minute drive (or a 0-minute digital click) of a CSC program. o Digital Campus Maturity: Achieve a 90% "Technology Comfort" rating among members aged 60+ via the Digital Sherpa initiative
3. 3.GOAL: TRANSITION FROM "OFFERING HELP" TO "ACTIVE PRESENCE" IN MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES. o Neighborhood Immersion: Move 40% of Latinos Unidos, Women of Color Advocacy meetings from the clubhouse into local community centers and faith-based organizations. o Language Justice: Translate 100% of core intake and educational materials into Spanish and ASL.
