THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES THAT EMPOWER PEOPLE OF THE COMMUNITY TO BRING ABOUT SOCIAL AND PERSONAL CHANGE. BY FOCUSING ON STRENGTHS, THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES SELF-EFFECTIVENESS, DIGNITY, AND HOPE.
