Mission

Perinton Ambulance is dedicated to providing exceptional medical services delivered by a highly skilled, educated, and professional staff. We educate the community on our role in the response, treatment, and transport of the sick and injured as well as the prevention of injury and illness. We do this in a fiscally responsible manner as an integral component of the community.

Vision

Perinton Ambulance is continuously working to improve its operation through constant training, education and development. We aim to provide the best possible total patient care experience to our community. We utilize the latest and best equipment available in the industry. Perinton Ambulance is an active partner in every community we serve, such as the EMS, public safety, healthcare, and Fairport/Perinton communities. We focus on recruitment and retention of the best and brightest staff. We do this by making Perinton Ambulance a positive, comfortable, and professional environment where people want to contribute their time. We share information and educate the community to increase awareness of our services along with prevention of illness and injury. Through increased prevention strategies, we help residents reduce the incidence of injury and illness and thereby decrease the demand for our services.
