IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FORMED TO EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS WITH BEHAVORIAL HEALTH AND PHYSICAL HEALTH NEEDS TO DEVELOP THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL BY PROVIDING PERSON-CENTERED BEHAVORIAL HEALTH REHABILITATION, CARE MANAGEMENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING, WHILE MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARDS.
