THE PURPOSE OF THE TRUST IS TO SERVE AS A FOCAL POINT FOR THE RECEIPT AND ADMINISTRATION OF GIFTS, GRANTS, DEVISES AND BEQUESTS OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TO FURTHER CONSERVATION, OUTDOOR RECREATION, HISTORIC PRESERVATION AND WATERFRONT AND COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION.
