Vision

We envision a world where every individual and community has the power to thrive, regardless of their background. By dismantling systemic barriers through character-based loans, education, and mentoring, we aim to foster racial and economic justice, ensuring equitable access to resources. Our innovative approach empowers individuals and supports community development, guiding their journey toward sustainable growth. We are committed to creating a more just and equitable society, where equitable opportunities lead to resilient, uplifted communities.

Goals

1. 1.Expanding our core Business Accelerator—which houses our flagship Amplifying Opportunity initiatives and new Youth Entrepreneur Program—into Steuben, Tioga, and Chemung Counties while sustaining operations in Broome and Tompkins. We are scaling our reach across New York's Southern Tier to serve over 60 low-income, underrepresented, and emerging young entrepreneurs annually.
2. 2.Priorities include expanding donor outreach, modernizing our CRM and data collection, strengthening cybersecurity, and building fundraising capacity to sustain both character-based lending and tailored entrepreneurial support across the Southern Tier.
3. 3.Investing in operational infrastructure to maintain CDFI certification and long-term financial stability. Priorities include deploying new donor outreach and revenue strategies, streamlining our CRM and data collection, upgrading client tracking systems, enhancing cybersecurity, and building fundraising capacity to sustain regional lending across the Southern Tier
