Goals

1. 1.Increase equitable access to high-quality, trauma-informed services using strength-based, two-generation approaches aligned with local, state, and federal best practices. Evaluate programs annually to drive continuous quality improvement, improve outcomes for children and families, and ensure services remain effective, responsive, and evidence-informed.
2. 2.Develop a coordinated First 1,000 Days initiative that strengthens families from pregnancy through early childhood by integrating healthcare, family support, peer services, and early learning partners into a seamless, prevention-focused continuum of care that improves child and family outcomes.
3. 3.Advance family well-being by expanding the peer support workforce through training, coaching, and technical assistance for rural and underserved communities, strengthening trauma-informed systems, parent mentor programs, and local capacity to support children and families.
