Mission

OFOSA is committed to improving the welfare of animals by addressing the extensive overpopulation problem among homeless dogs and cats. We accomplish this mission by: - Saving as many dogs as possible from overcrowded shelters; - Accepting surrendered and abandoned dogs and cats; - Spaying or neutering every animal in our care; - Working with our community to Trap-Neuter-Release stray/colony cats and providing rescue and care to injured and sick kittens and cats from colonies; - And through adoption, finding forever loving homes for all our animals

Vision

We envision a world where 0% of unwanted, injured, and abandoned pets are euthanized. And we aspire to grow our Pets for Life program to help financially struggling families pay for spay/neuter surgeries, or lifesaving procedures. No pet parent should be forced to surrender their animal due to financial issues.

Goals

1.Our main goal is to save as many 'last chance' pets as possible through increased foster recruitment and retention.
2.Increase fundraising efforts to help further our ability to rescue medically fragile pets and restore their health.
3.Increase fundraising efforts for our Pets for Life fund, helping pet parents who are struggling financially to keep their pets.
