    THE HEART HEALTH FOUNDATION'S (HHF) GOAL IS TO ENGAGE WITH OUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES TO HELP RAISE AWARENESS OF THE HIDDEN RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH HEART AND VASCULAR DISEASE AND TO ENCOURAGE EARLY INTERVENTION TO PREVENT SERIOUS COMPLICATIONS OR DISABILITIES. HHF AIMS TO RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF SCREENING, AND TO OVERCOME CHALLENGES BY MORE EFFECTIVELY REACHING AT-RISK PATIENT POPULATIONS AND IDENTIFYING STRATEGIES FOR EARLY INTERVENTION.
