To ensure that democracy is learned by each generation.

Goals

1. 1.Work to ensure the program is efficiently and effectively managed in order to increase operational capacity. We cannot grow sustainably without organizational margin to manage the growth.
2. 2.Work to diversify our funding sources by developing a mix of revenue stream with no more than 25% of our organizational income coming from a single source.
3. 3.The board of directors is more diverse and is fully engaged and energized. Our board understands their responsibilities and reflects the needs of the organization.
