Vision

Our vision is to inspire students, ignite interest, and improve STEM competency with the goal of filling the workforce pipeline with talented, competent individuals.

Goals

1. 1.Prioritize SciSci’s In-School Module-Based (ISMB) STEM Enrichment program to achieve our mission to teach and inspire the next generation to identify and solve real-world problems by improving STEM literacy. With Scientist Educators in classrooms biweekly for half-year and full-year terms, students build strong STEM role model connections and improve both their attitudes and skills in STEM.
2. 2.Our goal is to continue to diversify our revenue and create more sustainable funding models to help SciSci scale our impact to more students and communities. This work includes creating meaningful employee engagement opportunities with our donors, exploring new grant opportunities, and continuing to collaborate with other organizations and businesses in the STEM ecosystem.
3. 3.Based on our successful pilot program, expanding our Grade 2 full science curriculum to more schools to bring robust STEM experiences to even younger students. The program also helps teachers build their confidence in teaching hands-on, standards-aligned science by observing SciSci Scientist Educators and having all lesson supplies ready to teach in their classrooms when SciSci isn’t there.
