The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Wafa House is investing in its capacity by strengthening financial systems, training staff, improving governance, and enhancing technology. These efforts aim to build long-term sustainability, improve service delivery, and increase our ability to meet the growing needs of the communities we serve.
Goal Two: Wafa House is working to expand access to our core programs by increasing outreach, hiring additional staff, and offering services in multiple languages. We aim to reduce waitlists, reach underserved communities, and ensure more individuals in need can benefit from our culturally competent support.
Goal Three: Wafa House is prioritizing core programs—domestic violence support, case management, mental health, legal aid, and education/training—to offer holistic care. We are scaling back less aligned services to focus resources on solutions that meet the complex, intersecting needs of those we serve.
