Goals

1. 1.Children, young people, and their families in fragile contexts achieve their right to a safe and secure future because of high-quality and impactful programming implemented by War Child Canada.
2. 2.Strengthen and unify management systems and structures that meet international standards and are responsive to organizational needs and are compliant with donors.
3. 3.Engage funders and donors to develop a steady and incremental source of unrestricted revenue to support War Child’s overseas programs and respond to unexpected needs; Engage the public to enhance War Child's brand, reach, and build a board constituency of supporters; drive revenue and create awareness around issues adjacent to our work.
