Mission

Hatzalah Without Borders (formerly Hatzalah Yehuda v’Shomron) is an Israeli volunteer organization of medics, paramedics and doctors committed to saving lives. We operate throughout Israel, concentrating in areas of conflict - Judea and Samaria, the Old City of Jerusalem and the periphery of Jerusalem. When a car accident or terror event occurs, our medics are alerted and the army is alerted as well. Because our medics live in Yehuda and Shomron they are always somewhere close by and they arrive quickly, by foot or car, with their medical equipment, and they treat the victims immediately. This usually is within minutes of the accident, sometimes in remote areas. By the time the ambulance arrives, the victim has been stabilized and his chances of a successful recovery are strong.
