ORGANIZED TO PLAN SERVICES AND PROGRAMS DIRECTED TO IMPROVING CHILD HEALTH, CHILD DEVELOPMENT, FAMILY FUNCTION, SCHOOL PERFORMANCE, AND FAMILY ECONOMIC CAPACITY. TO COORDINATE, CONTRACT FOR, AND/OR OPERATE THESE SERVICES AND PROGRAMS.
