At the Cayton Children’s Museum (the Cayton), our mission is to activate the power of play to enrich the lives of children and their families, build stronger and more connected communities, and create a better world.

3.To create a sustainable organization by strengthening the Cayton’s infrastructure, systems, team, Board of Directors, brand, and reputation. Ensuring we can employ a workforce that is competent, motivated and impactful on our visitors' experience and learning.
