The Eagle Academy Foundation challenges systemic barriers, thereby empowering young men of color to achieve their desired educational, career, and life outcomes. We deliver strategic direct-impact work and advance institutional change toward equity.

Goals

1.To launch our 20th anniversary, we’re launching the “Taking Flight” campaign–an initiative to double our impact over the next three years by reaching an additional 50,000 young men of color. Through this campaign, we will: Train an additional 1,500 educators, expand our college and workforce access, increase our staffing capacity, and strengthen our technology platforms.
2.Through our Eagle Institute, we look to extend our training, consulting, and convening with youth and adults nationwide to strengthen their capacity and practices to effectively serve and engage young men of color. The Eagle Institute is EAF’s audacious response to scale its success for young men of color.
3.We will maintain our ongoing services while also ensuring alignment between our mission and our expanded programming.
