THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO SERVE LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES AND LOW-INCOME PERSONS IN THE CITY OF OAKLAND, CALIF. BY PROMOTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND JOB CREATION IN THOSE COMMUNITIES BY UTILIZING THE NEW MARKET TAX CREDIT PROGRAM (IRC 45D).
