IMPACTING GENERATIONAL CHANGE BY EMPOWERING YOUTH WHO ARE FACING THE GREATEST OBSTACLES THROUGH RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROFESSIONAL MENTORS - 12+ YEARS, NO MATTER WHAT.

Vision

Our long-term vision is that every child in our region who needs a Friend can have one.

Goals

1.By 2027, we will double the number of youth served to 300. We will do so by expanding to new communities, starting with East Boston, who need a long-term wrap around program like Friends-Boston.
2.We will fully transition to the Two Generational Model to expand our services to work with caretakers and siblings. This includes adding additional mental health support and educational advocacy.
3.To continue to evolve to respond to the needs of our community. That means that we will need to invest in upgrading our systems and our ability to fundraise so we can create long-term sustainability.
