Vision

To realize a world where women and their children can break the cycle of poverty, and self-direct their futures.

Goals

1.Increase the organization's capacity to help clients find employment by hiring them to work in one of our social enterprises or through employer partnerships.
2.Strengthen employee compensation packages to retain and attract top-notch talent.
3.Secure necessary resources to build out training, teaching, and production spaces to accommodate expanding educational and enterprise initiatives.
