SHOP WITH AN OFFICER PROVIDES FUNDS TO PURCHASE CHRISTMAS GIFTS AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR NEEDY CHILDREN AND GIVES THE CHILDREN AN OPPORTUNITY TO INTERACT WITH A POLICE OFFICER IN A POSITIVE MANNER WHICH LESSENS TENSIONS BETWEEN OFFICERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
