Vision

Our core commitment has always been to provide multi-dimensional solutions: These include formal and non-formal educational initiatives with the goal of building the capacity of youth and women to be positive changemakers… But the education sector does not exist in isolation: Our solutions also include initiatives focused on food security and nutrition, economic empowerment and entrepreneurship, and gender equality, among others. We consider young people not as beneficiaries but as partners and future leaders of their communities, whose true potential needs to be brought out. We envision a world in which vulnerable young people overcome multidimensional adversities and are empowered to rebuild more resilient and peaceful communities.

Goals

1. 1.As of 2024, we are active in 14 countries and are seeking to expand current programs in education, protection, food security and nutrition, and livelihoods and economic development, among others.
2. 2.We have worked closely with governments in Latin America to help build disaster risk reduction capacity and seek to expand this work as the impacts of climate change become more severe.
3. 3.In 2023, we strengthened our organizational capacity to identify and respond to instances of exploitation, abuse, and sexual harassment by rolling out PSEASH training to our staff worldwide.
