THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN THE TOWN OF EFRAT, LOCATED IN ISRAEL, BY RAISING FUNDS AND PROVIDING DONATIONS TO VARIOUS CHARITIES AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE LOCATED IN EFRAT THAT FOCUS ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF EFRAT'S RESIDENTS AND WHICH ARE ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, AND FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO CHILDREN OR ANIMALS, WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 170(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, AND TO HELP PUBLICIZE THE NEED FOR SUCH FUNDS AND ASSISTANCE, AND FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3).
