Vision

Serenity Homes of Napa Valley envisions a community where individuals recovering from substance use disorders have access to safe, supportive housing and the resources needed to build stable, healthy, and productive lives. By strengthening recovery housing and community partnerships, Serenity Homes seeks to reduce relapse, restore families, and expand pathways to long-term recovery.

Goals

1. 1.Serenity Homes will expand recovery housing capacity in Napa County by transitioning from leased properties toward owned homes. In 2026 the organization aims to secure at least one additional property while maintaining strong occupancy and stable operations, building toward a long-term goal of ten owned recovery homes.
2. 2.Serenity Homes will strengthen recovery outcomes by enhancing its core sober living program and increasing coordination with service providers. In 2026 the organization will hire a Services Coordinator and improve participant success rates, with a goal of 80% of participants exiting to stable recovery and independent living.
3. 3.Serenity Homes will strengthen financial sustainability by expanding philanthropic support, increasing grant funding, and securing new government partnerships. In 2026 the organization aims to raise $50,000 in private donations, apply for at least ten grants, and modernize donor and financial systems.
