Goals

1. 1.Autism affects 1 in 36 children in the U.S. (CDC) Potential is committed to eliminating waitlists by increasing the number of trained service providers. Our 18 years of experience has provided a foundation to exponentially grow the workforce. Looking forward, Potential is committed to empowering autistics, promoting inclusivity, and advocating for a future where everyone can thrive.
2. 2.Build a strong infrastructure primed to exceed the needs of those we serve and end the waitlist for other autistic individuals waiting for treatment. This includes attracting and recruiting a stalwart workforce, poised to embrace professional and personal growth guided by our core values of respect, compassion, teamwork and integrity, while also filling labor force gaps caused by the pandemic.
3. 3.Increase our brand recognition in the autism arena by developing new partnerships, discovering new funding avenues, advocating for better regulations and emerging as a charity of choice to donors beyond SE Pennsylvania. Our commitment to provide staff training, far exceeding regulatory requirements, enables our team to improve lives of those with autism at Potential or with them into future roles.
