Team Paradise Sailing envisions a future where the transformative power of sailing is accessible to all—regardless of ability, background, or income. By fulfilling our mission, we aim to build a more inclusive and empowered generation of sailors who lead with confidence, respect the ocean, and carry forward a legacy of diversity, resilience, and unity on the water and beyond.

Goals

1. 1.Team Paradise is committed to expanding access to sailing by growing existing programs to reach more underserved communities. Plans include increasing fleet capacity, training more instructors, and building partnerships with schools and community organizations. We will scale our impact through sailing clinics, after-school programs, and scholarship-based participation to remove financial barriers.
2. 2.Team Paradise will prioritize core programs to impact growth. These programs reflect commitment to accessibility, empowerment, & community engagement. By concentrating efforts we deepen our reach, improve program quality, and serve more individuals facing barriers to the sport. This refinement ensures that every dollar, volunteer hour, and vessel is invested where it matters most.
3. 3.We are launching programs designed to serve our growing and diverse constituent base and address demand for sailing opportunities for under-resourced youth, specialized adaptive sailing sessions for veterans and individuals with physical and/or cognitive challenges. Developing mentorship/leadership pathways for youth participants, creating a continuum from first sail to future coach/volunteer.
