To create positive life experiences for children and adults with special needs and for their families through baseball.

Goals

1. 1.Increase access to Miracle League programs by expanding field capacity, growing player enrollment across all locations, recruiting and training additional volunteers and coaches, and enhancing inclusive program offerings so more children and adults with special needs can experience the joy of baseball.
2. 2.Strengthen organizational capacity by investing in staff development, financial systems, data management, and operational infrastructure to improve efficiency, accountability, and long-term sustainability, ensuring the organization can effectively support continued program growth.
3. 3.Prioritize and strengthen core programs that directly advance our mission while thoughtfully evaluating and scaling back non-core activities to ensure resources are aligned with highest impact, program quality is maintained, and long-term sustainability is supported.
