Vision

New Hope envisions a transformed community where individuals and families are safe, strong, self-sufficient, and experiencing God’s grace; where neighbors are reconciled racially, socially, and economically; and where people put aside their differences to work together to meet needs, affirm strengths, and develop leaders.

Goals

1. 1.Establish more robust program development with empowerment pathway integrations. This will include implementing a case management system and creating a clear Food Pantry to Harvest pathways, resulting in 2,500 participants served.
2. 2.Create and utilize a major development system. This includes moving all management system information into Civi and developing a volunteer management system.
3. 3.Create and finalize our EOS system. This involves restructuring the accountability chart so that all staff members are have a clear grasp of their roles and developing professional development roadmaps for leaders within the organization.
