The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Global Wildlife & Land Protection - We work with foundations, NGOs, governments, and donors to raise money to secure habitat for all flora and fauna, with a focus on critically endangered turtles and tortoises. To date we have protected over 65,000 acres worldwide.
Goal Two: Global Assurance Colonies - Our conservation center in California is home to our work breeding critically endangered species, some extinct in the wild. However, in the past 5 years it has become home to our research team, education (K-12) programs, and wildlife trade rescue efforts for animals intercepted by federal authorities.
Goal Three: As our goals have grown, we have invested heavily in a more robust team to include more experienced non-profit leadership, accounting support, animal care experts, and educators.
