Mission

Activate Good improves our community through people-powered projects for good. We envision a world in which all people realize and act on their power to improve their communities. Figuring out how to help can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Activate Good invites people of all ages in our community to join us on a journey of learning, action, and community-building to become agents of positive change in the Triangle.

Goals

1.Increase internal capacity, particularly in Fund Development staff and project management staff, with a goal to both increase revenue and capacity to manage programs positively impacted.
2.Reinstate our Volunteer Leaders Program, suspended due to COVID-19 - which will allow deeper, dedicated relationship building with community partners and volunteers, restoring balance to staff.
3.Assess and increase diversity within our volunteer and community partner communities, as well as staff and Board, with targeted engagement strategies and a goal to best represent our community.
