We pay for each team member to take a Strengths Finder test (all 34 strengths) and then provide two coaching sessions with a certified SF coach who works with individual team members as well as looking at the overall blend of natural strengths. The president has also gone through SF coaching as a team member but also a manager.

Impact France works almost exclusively through its partners in France who are vetted French organizations that have signed a Master Grant Agreement to execute projects and programs which further the mission of Impact France. We have also engaged on several occasions in formal and informal fundraising training and coaching for our partners so that they increase their skills to present their needs to an American audience. We are active on social media and our email list to share prayer requests, testimonies from the field, and highlight the importance of our work.

In the last year, we have had a much greater number of organizations request partnership with Impact France. We have also had to manage several team positions being reduced, eliminated, or created based on the needs of our partners and those who were asking to fund them. For example, seeing the greater potential in managing RFP processes for foundations, we engaged a Director of Institutional Funding.
