Our mission at Community Housing is to foster vibrant, close-knit communities by providing safe, affordable rental housing solutions for working and retired individuals and families in Sanders County. Affordable housing forms the backbone of a thriving community

Vision

Community Housing is committed to increasing rental housing aligned with the workforce and income needs of Sanders County. Our vision is to create rental units annually. Partnering with our local workforce and vendors, we will craft residences reflecting community esthetics.

Goals

1.Due to a donation, we have funds to start a new housing project. We are looking for property in the towns of Plains or Thompson Falls, MT. We are looking to construct a 1-2 bedroom house for workforce housing.
