The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Discipleship. The central heart beat of our program is surrounded by ways we can develop our discipleship program. Including increase study, introducing media and adding volunteer teachers.
Goal Type: Focus on core programs to achieve mission and scale back on programs not seen as core.
Goal Two: Volunteers are the core of our programs success. Without volunteers our programs are diminished. We strive to find ways to support our volunteer base and how we might expand that base.
Goal Type: This goal reflects our commitment to further our advocacy work for our organization and or cause area.
Goal Three: Increased awareness of the Mission. What we do, why we do it and how do we communicate that with the public. We will be increasing the use of technology though an improved website and Mission app.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
