Vision

We envision a thriving Samburu where access to clean water is a consistent reality and all people are happy, healthy, and educated. We strive to build a global community that connects donors, volunteers, supporters and the Samburu people, and celebrates the intricacies that unite us all. We believe community-led initiatives and continued engagement drive positive, sustainable change.

Goals

1. 1.From 2024-2026 we want to strengthen Kenya operations by: Drilling 30 new wells, facilitating new programs for 30 current community partners, growing relationships with local schools, developing a plan to increase community management of well repair, expanding our monitoring system, systemizing solar repair, growing our Kenyan staff, and purchasing property for our field office.
2. 2.From 2024-2026 we want to Expand our US Operations by: Growing our LA staff, recruiting new Board members with diverse expertise, securing 10 new corporate sponsors, applying to 30 grants, expanding our monthly donor program to 100 people, and ultimately increasing our annual budget to $1M.
3. 3.From 2024-2026 we want to Increase our Brand Visibility by: Cultivating supporters in the op 10 US cities by population, growing our Kenyan donor base, identifying relationships within the tourism sector, hosting more US fellows, participating in relevant conferences in the US, adding more educational content to our website, and better utilizing analytics such as SEO and Google Ads.
