Vision

A world where every person has access to the solutions they need—wherever they are and at a cost they can afford—and where Jewish communities lead in contributing to the wellbeing of all humanity. TOM: Tikkun Olam Makers is the primary vehicle for realizing this vision, alongside efforts to renew and celebrate American Jewry.

Goals

1. 1.Expand TOM: Tikkun Olam Makers globally by growing the TOM@University Fellowship to 100+ campuses, scaling TOMIC NYC as a US R&D hub, and increasing distribution of open-source assistive technology solutions to reach more people with disabilities and underserved populations worldwide.
2. 2.Launch and grow TOM@Care in US medical and rehabilitation settings, embedding Rehabilitation Designers in hospitals to co-create solutions with patients. Expand partnerships with veterans organizations to deliver TOM's proven assistive technology solutions to wounded veterans across the United States.
3. 3.Strengthen Reut USA's organizational infrastructure by building the TOMIC NYC innovation center, expanding fundraising capacity, investing in AI-enabled open-source documentation tools, and launching LeChaim America and AJ2026 to engage American Jewry in a decade of communal renewal and celebration.
