Vision

We envision a world where every survivor of trafficking and exploitation has access to the resources, support, and community they need to heal, thrive, and lead empowered lives—free from stigma, judgment, or re-exploitation. We envision cities across the globe equipped with trauma-informed, survivor-led responses that prioritize dignity, agency, and holistic restoration.

Goals

1. 1.We are witnessing unprecedented growth—both in the criminal enterprise of trafficking and in the number of survivors seeking support. In the past 4 years, we have seen a 400% increase in women seeking our services annually. We need to scale our programs and streamline operations to keep up with the demand for services.
2. 2.The pandemic compelled us to find ways to adapt our programs to be delivered virtually. We removed geographic restrictions for our mentoring services and moved our previously in-person support group to Zoom. The result has been explosive growth. In order to adjust for this and to accomodate staffing needs, we are moving away from brick and mortar and going completely virtual.
3. 3.As the landscape of fundraising continues to change in a post-pandemic world, we are focusing on pivoting our fundraising activities and are pursuing new and innovative approaches to donor development. We have brought a fundraising consultant onto our board and will also be hiring a new staff person to help with these adjustments.
