Vision

We envision a world where every forcibly displaced person has their dignity and rights respected, their voices lead change, and they have the safety, support, and opportunity to rebuild their lives.

Goals

1. 1.1. Refugees have access to rights and protection: We will expand and strengthen rights-based legal services, support access to essentials like housing, health care, education, and work, and advocate for policies that protect—not punish—people seeking safety. We will also push global actors to fund locally led legal empowerment and advocacy efforts.
2. 2.2. Refugees are leading in decisions and solutions that affect their lives: Our work will focus on shifting power and resources toward refugee-led organizations and leaders. We will promote meaningful refugee participation in national, regional, and global decision-making spaces, and build coalitions that can drive systemic change together.
3. 3.3. Aligning how we work with what we stand for: To sustain our mission, we must live our values internally. Over the next five years, we will invest in our people and leadership, nurture a culture of care and learning, build values-aligned systems, and diversify our resources so that we can continue our work even in uncertain times.
