NEW BEGINNINGS MSC PROVIDES COMMUNITY HABILITATION AND IN-HOME RESPITE SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. COMMUNITY HABILITATION SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO INCREASE INDEPENDENCE OF THE DISABLED. IN-HOME RESPITE SERVICES ALLOW FAMILIES TO GET A BREAK FROM CARING FOR A CHILD OR ADULT CHILD WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
