At UPLIFT Youth Foundation, we envision a future where every young person has access to the tools, resources, and community they need to thrive. Through our mission, we aim to equip youth with the skills of mindfulness, movement, and peer connection to overcome mental health challenges, build resilience, and foster a sense of belonging. We are committed to ensuring all teens, regardless of financial barriers, can unlock their full potential and contribute to a more connected, supportive future.

Goals

1. 1.Our goal is to expand UPLIFT programs to more middle and high schools across Southern California, increasing access to wellness resources for more teens. By expanding program outreach, we aim to improve individual well-being, create stronger peer connections, and foster healthier communities. This investment will empower future generations to lead more connected balanced lives.
2. 2.We’ve added more mentors to support program growth, hired leadership staff, and improved our technological resources. By strengthening these foundational elements, we’ve enhanced our ability to deliver high-quality programs, ensure financial sustainability, and manage growth. This investment will help us better serve youth, scale our impact, and drive long-term success.
3. 3.We prioritize our core programs that directly align with our mission, ensuring maximum impact and sustainability. By streamlining resources and energy toward what matters most, we can improve the mental health and well-being of more youth. This will strengthen our focus, enhance program effectiveness, and drive lasting change.
