Friends of Coos County Animals, Inc. is a foster based animal rescue organization serving Coos County and up and down the southern Oregon coast. FOCCAS is also a community oriented organization driven to decease the over population of unwanted pets through community outreach and education programs. We sponsor and promote spay and neuters, vaccines, animal welfare and more for all of the Coos County.
