THROUGH A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, BEAT THE STREETS WRESTLING WORKS WITH MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOLS IN ALL FIVE BOROUGHS OF NYC TO PROVIDE STUDENT-ATHLETES WITH A SAFE, POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE IN WHICH THEY CAN LEARN THE ESSENTIAL LIFE LESSONS OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND TEAMWORK, PHYSICAL FITNESS AND NUTRITION, SELF-CONFIDENCE, AND LIFE-LONG LEARNING, SETTING THEM ON THE PATH TOWARDS COLLEGE AND A PROFESSIONAL CAREER.
