AND TO PROMOTE THE HUMANE CARE AND TREATMENT OF ANIMALS. FRIENDS OF DUPAGE COUNTY ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL FOUNDATION IS FORMED EXCLUSIVELY TO CONDUCT THE FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES FOR THE DUPAGE COUNTY ANIMAL SERVICES.
